The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Postgraduate) 2025 will be conducted on June 15, 2025 in two shifts from 09:00 pm to 12:30 pm and 03:30 pm to 07:00 pm by the NBEMS for the aspirants seeking admission for Master’s of Medicine and Master’s of Surgery in government and private medical colleges across India for academic year 2025-25.
NEET PG 2025
The exam will be held with an exam time duration of 03 hours and 30 minutes across the country in CBT mode, the language of the paper will be English. Each question will be of 4 marks and 1 mark will be deducted for incorrect response, in which there will be a total number of 200 MCQs asked from:
The notification for the NEET PG 2025 Was released by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences on April 16, and the window to apply was made public on April 17, and then the application lasted till May 09. The image correction window was available from May 10 to 16, and the same for details will be available from May 28 to June 02.
NEET PG 2025 Admit Card
The NBEMS will release the admit card for the NEET PG 2025 under the candidate’s login, each applicant will be able to download it using the User ID and Password. The date for its release is disclosed, it is going to be made available for download from June 11. After its availability, the link to download it will remain active till the exam date.
The admit card for the NEET PG 2025 will carry the name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, gender, category, sub-category, application number, roll number, address, photograph, signature, exam date, exam time, reporting time, last entry time, exam language, exam centre number, exam centre name, exam centre address, and more.
NEET PG 2025 Answer Key
The NBEMS will release the provisional answer with the response sheet, both of these documents will be accessible using the candidate’s login. To get the digital copy of those crucial documents shortly after its availability, each applicant is required to be handy with login credentials such as User ID and Password.
Following the release of these documents, it will be available for download upto 5 days. During this timeframe, the window to raise objections (if any) against the provisional answer key will be also available. To challenge the answer key, one has to deposit a non-refundable fee of ₹200 with the valid proof of their objection.
It is expected that the provisional answer key and response sheet will be released by the NBEMS most probably in the last week of June 2025. Using these two documents, candidates will be also able to evaluate the tentative score, for which one has to use the formula: 4 × number of correct responses – 1 × number of incorrect answers.
NEET PG 2025 Result
The result for the NEET PG 2025 will be released by the NBEMS as PDF, it is going to be made public most probably within four weeks after the exam. The most expected date for availability of the result is mid July 2025, it will carry the application ID, roll number, score out of 800 marks, and all india rank.
Following the release of the NEET PG 2025 result, the counselling will be conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee for all India quota seats, and counselling for the state quota seats will be held by the state authorities. The schedule for both will be released after the announcement of the result.
