Eligibility Criteria (Education & Experience)

Candidates must meet the specified educational qualifications and work experience for each post as follows:

  • Assistant Manager (Grade A) General:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a recognized University in India with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
    • OR CA/CS/CWA/CFA/CMA qualification.
    • OR Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) and 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Manager (Grade B) General:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a recognized University in India with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
    • OR Master’s Degree in any subject with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
    • 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Manager (Grade B) Legal:
