Educational Qualifications

The educational requirements for various positions are outlined below:

  • Senior Secretariat Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a recognized university.
  • Junior Secretariat Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a recognized university.
  • Stenographer: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a recognized university.
  • Assistant Section Officer (ASO): Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a recognized university.
  • Technical Assistant (Laboratory):
    • Mechanical: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST).
    • Chemical / Microbiology: Bachelor’s Degree in Science (with relevant trade) with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST).
  • Senior Technician:
    • 10th Grade (Matriculation) passed.
    • ITI Certificate in Electrician, Fitter, Carpenter, Plumber, Wireman, or Welder.
    • 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Technician (Electrician/Wireman):
    • 10th Grade (Matriculation) passed.
    • ITI Certificate in Electrician / Wireman.
    • Apprentice Certificate.
  • Assistant Director (Administration & Finance): CA / Cost and Works Accountant / MBA (Finance) with 3 years of experience.
  • Assistant Director (Marketing & Consumer Affairs): MBA (Marketing) / Master’s Degree / PG Diploma in Mass Communication / Social Work.
  • Assistant Director Hindi: Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the Degree level, OR Master’s Degree in English with Hindi as a subject at the Degree level. A minimum of 5 years of experience is required.
  • Personal Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a recognized university. Successful completion of a Shorthand Test in English OR Hindi Dictation Test at 100 WPM for 7 minutes, followed by transcription within 45 minutes for English and 65 minutes for Hindi.
