SSC Stenographer C & D Notification 2025: Age Limit

The age limit for candidates applying to this recruitment, as of August 01, 2025, is as follows:

  • Minimum Age: 18 Years
  • Maximum Age:
    • Grade-D: 27 Years
    • Grade-C: 30 Years

SSC Stenographer C & D Recruitment 2025: Educational Qualification

  • Stenographer Grade-C: Candidates must have passed the 10+2 (Intermediate) examination from a recognized board. The selection process includes a transcription test, which needs to be completed within 40 minutes for English and 55 minutes for Hindi.
  • Stenographer Grade-D: Candidates must have passed the 10+2 (Intermediate) examination from a recognized board. The transcription test duration is 50 minutes for English and 65 minutes for Hindi.
