LIC AAO / AE Recruitment 2025: Educational Qualification
Candidates must meet the specific educational requirements for each post:

AAO (Generalist): Graduation (Bachelor’s) degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institution in India, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government.

Assistant Engineer AE (Civil): B.Tech/B.E. (Civil) from an AICTE recognized Indian University/Institution. A minimum of three years of post-qualification working experience in the planning and execution of multi-storied building projects with essential infrastructure is also required.

Assistant Engineer AE (Electrical): B.Tech/B.E. (Electrical) from an AICTE recognized Indian University/Institution. A minimum of three years of post-qualification working experience in the planning and execution of multi-storied building projects with essential infrastructure is also mandatory.

AAO (CA): Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized Indian University/Institution and completion of the Final Examination from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, along with completion of Articleship as prescribed by the Institute. Candidates must be Associate Members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and provide their membership number for verification.
