Eligibility Criteria for SFIO Jobs 2025
Eligibility is open to officers from Central/State Governments, Union Territories, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), or Statutory/Autonomous Bodies. Candidates must hold analogous posts or have the specified years of service in lower pay levels, with a maximum age limit of 56 years as on the closing date of applications.
- Deputy Director (Corporate Law): Officers holding analogous posts or with 5 years in Level-10, possessing a Degree and LLB with 2 years’ experience in Corporate Law, or a 5-year Integrated LLB with 3 years’ experience. Desirable: Conversance with evidence collection and prosecution techniques.
- Deputy Director (Investigation): Officers holding analogous posts or with 5 years in Level-10, with a Degree and 5 years’ experience in enforcement of regulatory laws or investigation of economic offences and collection of intelligence. Desirable: CA/CMA/CS/LLB/MBA/PGDM.
- Senior Assistant Director (Banking): Officers holding analogous posts or with 2 years in Level-8 or 3 years in Level-7, with CA/CMA/CS/CFA/PGDM (Finance)/MBA (Finance)/M.Com and 1 year experience in finance or banking affairs in a government organization.
- Senior Assistant Director (Capital Market): Officers holding analogous posts or with 2 years in Level-8 or 3 years in Level-7, with CA/CMA/CS/CFA/MBA (Finance)/PGDM (Finance) and 2 years’ experience in the field of capital markets. Desirable: Conversance with tools and techniques of evidence collection, recording of statements, and presentation of best evidence, along with expert knowledge of capital market and security law procedures.
