Rajasthan Scholarship Schemes 2025-26
The following schemes are available under this initiative:
- Chief Minister Higher Education Scholarship Scheme: This program, initiated by the Government of Rajasthan, offers support to meritorious students from SC, ST, OBC, SBC, EBC, minority communities, and denotified/nomadic/semi-nomadic tribes.
- Widow/Divorced Women Chief Minister (B.Ed.) Support Scheme: This scheme provides financial aid to eligible women pursuing higher education.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for these schemes, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- General Category Girl Students (Higher Education Department): Must have passed Class 12th.
- Scheduled Caste (SC) Category Girl Students (Social Justice and Empowerment Department): Must have passed Class 12th.
- Economically Backward Class (EBC) Girl Students (General Category) (Secondary Education Department): Must have passed Class 12th.
- Minority Community Girl Students (Minority Affairs Department): Must have passed Class 12th.
- Scheduled Tribe (ST) Category Girl Students (Higher Education Department): Must have passed Class 12th.
- Scheduled Tribe (ST) Category Girl Students (Higher Education Department): Must have passed Class 10th.
- Widowed, Divorced, and Abandoned Category Girl Students (Social Justice and Empowerment Department): Must have passed Class 12th.
Academic Performance:
- RBSE students require a minimum of 65% marks.
- CBSE students require a minimum of 75% marks.
Program Enrollment: The scholarship is exclusively for students admitted as regular students
in a recognized undergraduate program within Rajasthan, including courses like MBBS.Income Criteria: The total annual family income of the candidate should not exceed ₹2,50,000 from all sources.
Domicile Requirement: Candidates must be permanent residents of Rajasthan and possess a valid domicile certificate.
