Paper 1 (Secondary Class 9-10)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject with 50% marks and B.Ed. examination passed.
  • Master’s Degree in the relevant subject and B.Ed. examination passed.
  • Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree with a minimum of 45% marks (as per NCTE norms) and B.Ed.
  • 4-Year Course BA BEd / BSc BEd examination passed.

Paper 2 (Senior Secondary Class 11-12)

Candidates should possess one of the following qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in the relevant subject with 50% marks and B.Ed. examination / BA BEd / BSc BEd passed.
  • Master’s Degree with a minimum of 45% marks (as per NCTE norms) and B.Ed.
  • Master’s Degree with 55% marks and a 3-Year B.Ed MEd Course.
