CTET February Online Form 2026: Educational Qualification

Primary Stage (Classes I to V):

Candidates must have completed Senior Secondary or its equivalent with at least 50% or 45% marks. Eligibility also extends to those who have passed or are appearing in a diploma in Elementary Education as per NCTE 2002 Norms, B.El.Ed (04 Years Course), Diploma in Education (Special Course, 02 Years), B.Ed (01 Year), or Diploma in Elementary Education (01 Year).

Secondary Stage (Classes VI to VIII):

Candidates should hold a Bachelor Degree (with at least 45% or 50% marks) or have passed or be appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education, Diploma in Education, B.El.Ed, B.SC.Ed, B.A.Ed, or B.Ed.
