Application Form
The online application form for the Bihar ITICAT 2026 will be available on the official website most probably in late March 2026, and it is expected that it will be available on the official website until the third week of April 2026.
Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria to apply for the Bihar ITICAT 2026 are made public, refer to listed points to check if you are eligible to participate in this entrance exam.
- You are an Indian citizen and you are a domicile of Bihar.
- You have passed the 10th Exam from a school recognised by the CBSE, CISCE or BSEB.
- You must be at least 14 years old on December 31, 2026.
Notes:
- The minimum age limit for the Mechanic Motor Vehicle, Mechanic Tractor and Driver-cum-Mechanic trades is 17 years.
- Candidates who are going to participate in the Class 10 Exam from BSEB, CISCE or ICSE in 2026 are also eligible.

Exam Pattern
The BCECE Board will conduct the Bihar ITICAT 2026 in offline mode. There will be a total number of 150 questions from three different subjects, they are:

The question will be objective-type with four options, out of which only 1 will be correct. Each question carries a weightage of 2 marks, and no mark is going to be deducted for incorrect response.
To solve the maximum number of questions in the Bihar ITICAT 2026, you will get a time duration of 2 hours, and the medium of this entrance exam will be both English and Hindi.

- Tap on the ‘Online Portal of ITICAT-2026’ and get redirected to another page.
- Click on the ‘New Registration’ button and get redirected to the registration page.
- Fill in your Name, Date Of Birth, Mobile Number and Email Address and click on Get OTP button.
- Verify OTPs received on your registered mobile number, and click on the Submit button to complete the registration page.
- Login with your application number and date of birth, and start filling the application form with basic and educational details.
- Choose an exam district, and then upload documents with photograph and signature in required size and jump to the payment page.
- Pay the application fee and click on the Submit button to apply for the Bihar ITICAT 2026.
