Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications:
- B.Sc (Hons) Nursing / B.Sc Nursing / Diploma in Nursing Midwifery from an Indian Nursing Council / State Nursing Council recognized Institute / University in India, along with Steno & Typing Knowledge.
- Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery, registered as a Nurse and Midwife in the State / Nursing Council, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a 50-bedded hospital.
