Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the Andhra Pradesh Common Law Entrance Test 2026, it is essential that you meet the eligibility requirements for the certain course, which are as follows:
- 3-year LLB: A Bachelor’s degree in any stream or subject from any UGC or AICTE recognized institution or university.
- 5-year LLB: The intermediate examination must have been taken from a BIEAP or CBSE recognized school in any stream.
Notes:
- The minimum requirement in the qualifying exam is 45% for candidates in the unreserved category, 42% for backward classes, and only 40% for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.
- Candidates who are in the last semester/year of their bachelor’s degree can apply for the 3-year LLB program, and students who will be appearing for their intermediate examinations in 2026 can apply for the 5-year LLB program.
Application Fee
To apply for the AP LAWCET 2026, it is mandatory to submit the application fee. The fees vary for different categories, and you can see how much you need to pay in the table given below.
