Eligibility Criteria

After successful completion of the temporary period, candidates will be regularized as Artisan Grade-IV employees with a pay scale of ₹29,500 to ₹65,000, along with applicable allowances such as Dearness Allowance, HRA, medical facilities, provident fund, and gratuity.

Selected candidates must serve at their allocated unit for at least 20 years, with no transfer requests entertained during this period.
