Educational Qualification
For the Senior Resident/Tutor positions, recruitment will be based on the following criteria:
- 40% of the vacancies will be filled by members of the Bihar State Health Service cadre.
- 40% of the vacancies will be filled by doctors who have completed their postgraduate degrees under the residency scheme from medical colleges within Bihar.
- The remaining 20% of the vacancies will be filled by doctors possessing a postgraduate degree from recognized institutions outside Bihar.
The minimum educational qualification required is a Master’s degree in the relevant subject. However, in instances where there is a shortage of eligible candidates, a diploma may be considered.
