Educational Qualification
For the Senior Resident/Tutor posts, the selection process for filling the positions is as follows:
- 40% of the vacancies will be filled by members of the Bihar State Health Service cadre.
- 40% will be filled by doctors who have completed their postgraduate degrees under the residency scheme from medical colleges within Bihar.
- The remaining 20% will be filled by doctors holding a postgraduate degree from institutions recognized outside Bihar.
The minimum required qualification is a Master’s degree in the relevant subject. However, a diploma may be accepted in instances where there is a shortage of qualified candidates.
