Bihar JEEVIKA Recruitment 2025: Educational Qualification

Block Project Manager

  • Eligibility: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institute/university.
  • Key Responsibility: Leading the block-level project team, managing approximately 15-20 staff, and responsible for planning and executing all project activities at the block level.

Livelihood Specialist

  • Eligibility:
    • Postgraduate Degree in Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Technology, Fishery, Horticulture, Hotel Management, Rural Management, Retail Management, Food Technology, Fashion Management/Technology/Design, Zoology/Microbiology, Arts & Craft, Sericulture, or Management from a recognized institute/university.
    • Postgraduate Diploma in the above-mentioned fields from a recognized institute/university.
    • BBA or Graduate in Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Technology, Fishery, Horticulture, or Zoology/Microbiology from a recognized institute/university.
  • Key Responsibility: Implementing livelihood interventions (agriculture, animal husbandry, beekeeping, fishery, etc.) in Village Organizations (VOs)/Self-Help Groups (SHGs) in collaboration with Community Coordinators (CCs). Responsible for training and developing specialized community cadres for scaling up interventions and producing Village Livelihood Plans.

Area Coordinator

  • Eligibility: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institute/university.
  • Key Responsibility: Executing specialist functions at the block level and coordinating field-based activities at the cluster level. Acts as the nodal person for specific assignments including Micro Planning, Bank Linkages, Community Institution Building, livelihood promotion, and social development.

Accountant (DPCU/BPIU Level)

  • Eligibility: Graduate degree in Commerce from a recognized institute/university.
  • Key Responsibility: Maintaining and updating books of accounts at the DPCU/BPIU level. Providing secretarial assistance to block staff and maintaining official records. Managing upward and backward official communication.

Office Assistant (DPCU/BPIU Level)

  • Eligibility: Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized institute/university. Proficiency in Hindi and English typing is mandatory.
  • Key Responsibility: Providing secretarial assistance to the Block Project Manager (BPM) and other officers at BPIU. Handling all communications, maintaining office records, dispatching documents, and compiling project information.

Community Coordinator

  • Eligibility: Fresh graduate (male) and Intermediate (female) in any discipline from a recognized institute/university.
  • Key Responsibility: Based at the village level, operating in 6-7 villages within a cluster. Responsible for project targeting, formation and nurturing of SHGs, basic training, managing community support cadres, facilitating micro-plans and bank linkages, and supervising CIF utilization and conflict resolution at the community level.

Block IT Executive

  • Eligibility: B. Tech (CS/IT), BCA, B.Sc.-IT, or PGDCA from a UGC/AICTE recognized institute/university. Proficiency in Hindi and English typing is mandatory.
  • Key Responsibility: Streamlining the digitization process using MIS/ERP/mobile app solutions across the district. Providing IT and MIS-related training to block team members.
