To access your result, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the official SHSB website: shs.bihar.gov.in.
  2. Navigate to the Notice Board or Recruitment section.
  3. Click on the link titled “List of Candidates Shortlisted for Document Verification against Advt No. 02/2025”.
  4. Download the result PDF and search for your Roll Number using Ctrl+F.
  5. Save and print the PDF for future reference.

The result PDF, released on 9 August 2025, lists the roll numbers of shortlisted candidates. Scorecards with section-wise marks and cut-offs are expected to be available soon on the official website.

  • Total Vacancies: 4,500
  • Application Period: 5 May 2025 to 26 May 2025
  • Eligibility:
    • B.Sc Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc Nursing with 6-month Certificate in Community Health (CCH) from 2020 onwards, or
    • GNM with CCH from IGNOU/other recognized institutions.
  • Selection Process: Computer-Based Test (CBT), Document Verification, and Final Merit List.
  • Salary: ₹40,000/month (₹32,000 fixed + ₹8,000 performance-based).
  • Application Fee: ₹500 (UR/EWS/BC/EBC), ₹250 (SC/ST/PwBD/Female).

Shortlisted candidates must attend Document Verification from 11–14 August and 18 August 2025 at the State Institute of Health and Family Welfare (SIHFW), Sheikhpura, Patna-14. Required documents include:

  • Original and self-attested photocopies of all documents uploaded during application.
  • Two recent passport-size photographs.
  • Valid photo ID (Aadhaar, Voter ID, etc.).
  • Admit card, matriculation certificate, and educational qualification certificates.
  • Category certificate (if applicable).

The final merit list will be prepared based on CBT scores and successful document verification.
