Bihar STET Notification 2025: Age Limit

The age limit for the Bihar STET 2025 is calculated as of August 1, 2025.

Minimum Age: 21 Years
Maximum Age:
- 37 Years (Male)
- 40 Years (Female UR, BC, EBC Male & Female)
- 42 Years (SC, ST Male & Female)

Bihar STET Online Form 2025: Educational Qualification

Paper 1 (Secondary Class 9-10):

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks and have passed the B.Ed examination.
Alternatively, candidates must hold a Master’s Degree in the relevant subject and have passed the B.Ed examination.
A Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree with a minimum of 45% marks (as per NCTE Norms) along with a B.Ed qualification is also acceptable.
A completed 4-year integrated BA B.Ed / BSc B.Ed course is also a valid qualification.

Paper 2 (Senior Secondary Class 11-12):

Candidates must have a Master’s Degree in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks and have passed the B.Ed examination / BA B.Ed / BSc B.Ed.
Alternatively, candidates must possess a Master’s Degree with a minimum of 45% marks (as per NCTE Norms) and have passed the B.Ed examination.
A Master’s Degree with 55% marks and a 3-year B.Ed M.Ed course is also accepted.
