Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a recognized university in India.
Additionally, candidates must have one of the following qualifications:
- A Diploma in Sports Coaching from the National Sports Institute run by Netaji Subhas National Institute of Sports (Sports Authority of India).
- A Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Coaching (PGDSC) from Lakshmibai National Institute of Physical Education, Gwalior, or a Central Sports University or any other sports university recognized by the UGC or Bihar Sports University.
Sports Representation Requirement:
Candidates should have represented the country in recognized competitions, or represented their state in National/International Championships (e.g., Olympics, Commonwealth Games, Asian Games). Alternatively, they should have participated at least twice in All India Inter-University/Recognized Junior Championship/National Youth Championship, or three times in Inter-Services Competition/All India Police Games/Inter-Railway Championship.
