The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has announced the release of interview letters for the IBPS RRB Bank Officer Scale-I, II, and III positions, alongside the Mains admit card for the Office Assistant post. This notification pertains to the IBPS RRB 14th recruitment cycle for the year 2025.

The online application window for the IBPS RRB 14th Officer and Clerk recruitment was open from September 1, 2025, to September 28, 2025. The interview phase for Officer Scale-I, II, and III is scheduled for January/February 2026. Candidates who applied for these positions can now download their respective interview letters and the Office Assistant Mains admit card.

IBPS RRB 14th Recruitment 2025: Educational Qualification

  • Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University/institute. Proficiency in the local language of the participating RRB is required. Working knowledge of Computers is desirable.

  • Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University/institute. Preference will be given to candidates with degrees in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics, or Accountancy. Proficiency in the local language and working knowledge of Computers are also beneficial.

  • Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer): Graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized University/institute. Preference for degrees in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics, and Accountancy. Minimum 2 years of experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution is required.

  • Officer Scale-II (Chartered Accountant): Passed CA Exam from ICAI India. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chartered Accountant.

  • Officer Scale-II (Law Officer): Degree in Law or its equivalent from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Minimum 2 years of experience as an advocate or 2 years as a Law Officer in Banks or Financial Institutions.

  • Officer Scale-II (Marketing Officer): MBA Degree in Marketing from a recognized University. Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant field.

  • Officer Scale-II (Treasury Manager): Degree in CA or MBA Degree in Finance from a recognized University. Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant field.

  • Officer Scale-II (Agriculture Officer): Graduation Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Dairy, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Forestry, or Agricultural Engineering from a recognized University/Institute. Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field.

  • Officer Scale-II (Information Technology Officer): Graduation Degree in Electronics, Communications, Computer Science, or Information Technology with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized University/Institute. Certificates in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, OCP are desirable. Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant field.

  • Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to candidates with degrees/diplomas in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Co-operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics, and Accountancy. Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution is required.
