Medical Assistant Trade (10+2): Unmarried candidates born between 02 January 2004 and 02 January 2008 (inclusive).
Medical Assistant Trade (Diploma / B.Sc in Pharmacy):
- Unmarried candidates born between 02 January 2001 and 02 January 2006 (inclusive).
- Married candidates born between 02 January 2001

Upper Age Limit: 21 years

Medical Assistant Trade:
- Candidates who have passed 10+2/ Intermediate/ Equivalent Examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English from recognized education boards (Central, State, and UT) with a minimum aggregate of 50% and 50% in English.
- OR Candidates who have passed a two-year vocational course with non-vocational subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English) from recognized education boards with a minimum aggregate of 50% and 50% in English.
Medical Assistant Trade (Diploma / B.Sc in Pharmacy):
- Candidates who possess a Diploma/ B.Sc in Pharmacy.
- Candidates must have passed Intermediate/ 10+2/ equivalent Examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English, achieving a minimum aggregate of 50% and 50% in English.
- A valid registration from the State Pharmacy Council or Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) at the time of enrollment is mandatory.

Physical Fitness Test (PFT):
- Candidates up to 21 years of age must complete the 1.6 km run

- Candidates above 21 years of age holding a Diploma/B.Sc in Pharmacy must complete the 1.6 km run within 7 minutes and 30 seconds.
Height: Minimum 152.5 cms
Chest: Well-proportioned and well-developed with a minimum expansion range of 5 cms.
Hearing: Normal hearing, able to hear a forced whisper from 6 meters away with each ear.
Weight: Proportionate to height and age as per IAF standards.
Dental: Healthy gums, a good set of teeth, and a minimum of 14 dental points.
Visual Standards: 6/36 each eye, correctable to 6/9 each eye; maximum refractive error not exceeding +3.50D, including astigmatism.
