Indian Coast Guard Navik & Yantrik Recruitment 2025 (Batch 01/2026 & 02/2026)

The Indian Coast Guard has announced the recruitment for the posts of Navik (General Duty) and Yantrik for the 01/2026 and 02/2026 batches. Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

  • Minimum Age: 18 Years

  • Maximum Age: 22 Years

  • For Navik (GD) & Navik (DB): Candidates must be born between August 01, 2004 and August 01, 2008 (Both dates inclusive).

  • For Yantrik: Candidates must be born between March 01, 2004 and March 01, 2008 (Both dates inclusive).

Educational Qualification

  • Navik (General Duty): Candidates must have passed Class 10+2 (Intermediate) examination with Maths and Physics from an education board recognized by the Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).
  • Navik (Domestic Branch): Candidates must have passed Class 10th (Matriculation) examination from an education board recognized by the Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).
  • Yantrik (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics):
    • Passed Class 10th (Matriculation) from an education board recognized by the Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).
    • Holds a 03 or 04 year Diploma in the relevant engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics) approved by AICTE.
