Eligibility Criteria (As Per Official Notification)

Educational Qualification (Any one of the following – Full Time only):

  1. B.Sc. in Hospitality & Hotel Administration from CIHM/SIHM/PIHM affiliated to NCHM&CT/UGC/AICTE/Govt. of India
  2. BBA/MBA (Culinary Arts) from Indian Culinary Institute (under Ministry of Tourism)
  3. B.Sc. Hotel Management & Catering Science from UGC/AICTE/Govt. recognized university
  4. MBA (Tourism & Hotel Management) from UGC/AICTE/Govt. recognized university

Note: Part-time/distance mode not accepted

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years in relevant field (catering, hotel operations, food production, etc.)
  • Freshers not eligible

  • Monitor food production & quality in Vande Bharat, Mail/Express, Tourist Trains
  • Supervise Base Kitchens / Static Catering Units
  • Ensure pest control, pantry hygiene, equipment upkeep

  • Handle customer complaints & feedback analysis
  • Ensure statutory compliance & staff training
