Educational Qualifications (as per Rule 8, Schedule-III of Bharti Niyam 2018):
- Higher Secondary (12th) or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) or equivalent/Special Education Diploma.
- OR Higher Secondary (12th) or equivalent with a minimum of 45% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) (as per NCTE Regulation 2002).
- OR Higher Secondary (12th) or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks and a 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.).
- OR Graduation with a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) or equivalent.
Note: Reserved Categories (SC/ST, Other Backward Classes, and Divyangjan) will receive a 5% relaxation in the minimum qualifying marks.
Validity of Certificates: Academic and professional qualifications must be from a recognized institution. Any additional essential documents issued by competent authorities will be considered valid only after proper verification and submission within the due date.
