Eligibility Criteria

  • Essential Qualification: Graduation in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) from IITs, NITs, or institutions ranked in the top 100 in the Engineering category of the latest NIRF Rankings (year of graduation or preceding year).
  • Experience: 0-2 years post-qualification.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 30 years.
  • Domicile Requirement: Must be a domicile holder of the specific State/UT for which you’re applying.
  • Other Notes: Fresh graduates and final-year students (likely to complete before joining) are encouraged to apply.

Remuneration and Benefits

  • Monthly Consultancy Fee: ₹70,000 – ₹80,000 (inclusive of all taxes; fixed/approved by Competent Authority).
  • Annual Increment: 5% enhancement allowed.
  • No Additional Allowances: The fee covers everything; no other facilities provided.

Roles and Responsibilities

As an Associate, you’ll assist in key project areas, including:

  • Reviewing feasibility studies, DPRs, and alignment plans.
  • Coordinating land acquisition, utility shifting, and statutory clearances.
  • Monitoring construction progress, quality, and safety through field visits.
  • Supporting contract management, documentation, and MIS.
  • Ensuring compliance with IRC/MoRTH standards.
  • Post-construction support during defect liability period.

You’ll undergo a 3-day induction module and may face periodic competency tests.
