The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the release of the Stage-I Answer Key for the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) 2026 admissions. Applications for the NTA NIFT Online Form 2026 were accepted from December 08, 2025, to January 13, 2026. The entrance examination took place on February 08, 2026. Candidates who participated in this examination can now download their NTA NIFT Stage-I Answer Key 2026.

Application Fee Details

The application fee for NIFT 2026 varies based on the programme and category:

Single Programme:

General, OBC, EWS: ₹ 2000/-
SC, ST, PwD: ₹ 500/-

Both Programmes:

General, OBC, EWS: ₹ 3000/-
SC, ST, PwD: ₹ 750/-
NRI, OCI, Foreign National / SAARC: ₹ 11,100/-

Late Fee Charge: ₹ 5000/-

Payments can be made via Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, and other specified payment methods.

NTA NIFT 2026: Age Limit

The age criteria for NIFT 2026 are as of August 01, 2026:

B.Des & B.F.Tech: Maximum age is 24 years.
NIFT M.Des, M.F.M, M.F.Tech, and PhD Courses: No age limit is prescribed.
