Railway RRB Group D Job 2025: Physical Eligibility
Male
- Should be able to lift and carry 35 kg of weight for 100 meters in 02 minutes (one chance, no dropping of weight).
- Should be able to run 1000 meters in 04 minutes 15 seconds (one chance).
Female
- Should be able to lift and carry 20 kg of weight for 100 meters in 02 minutes (one chance, no dropping of weight).
- Should be able to run 1000 meters in 05 minutes 40 seconds (one chance).
