  • Proficiency Trainees (Paramedics, Sl. 1 to 12): ₹10,000/- + allowances (up to ₹7,020/-), totaling a maximum of ₹17,020/- per month.
  • Proficiency Trainees (Nurse, Sl. 13): ₹10,000/- + allowances (up to ₹7,020/-), totaling a maximum of ₹17,020/- per month.
  • Proficiency Trainees (Dialysis Technician, Sl. 14): ₹17,980/- + allowances (up to ₹7,020/-), totaling a maximum of ₹25,000/- per month.
  • Allowance Breakdown: ₹260/day for 20+ days attendance, ₹130/day for 15-19 days, no allowance for less than 15 days.
  • Additional Benefits: Medical facilities at Burnpur Hospital for self (no referrals), 7 days leave per year subject to approval, and Closed/Compensatory/National Holidays.
