Educational Qualification
The educational requirements for each post are as follows:
Vice President Wealth (SRM)
- Graduation: A Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized University/Institute.
- Post-Graduation (Preferred): MBA in Banking, Finance, or Marketing with at least 60% marks from a recognized University or Institution.
- Certifications: NISM V-A, XXI-A, CFP/CFA certifications are advantageous.
- Experience: 6 years of experience in sales and marketing with leading Public/Private/Foreign Banks, Wealth Management Firms, or Asset Management Companies (AMCs).
Customer Relationship Executive
- Graduation: A Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized University/Institute.
- Local Language Proficiency: Knowledge of the local language is essential.
- Post-Graduation (Advantageous): Preference will be given to candidates with post-graduation in Finance, Marketing, or Banking.
- Certifications: NISM V-A, XXI-A, CFP/CFA certifications are beneficial.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in sales and marketing with leading Public/Private/Foreign Banks, Wealth Management Firms, or AMCs. Alternatively, SBI Wealth CREs with 4 years of experience are also eligible.
Assistant Vice President Wealth (RM)
- Graduation: A Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized University/Institute.
