Educational Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following educational requirements for each post:

Assistant Manager (General):
- Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma (minimum two years) in any discipline.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Chartered Accountant / Chartered Financial Analyst / Company Secretary / Cost Accountant.
- Equivalent to a Master’s Degree recognized by the Association of Indian Universities.
Assistant Manager (Legal):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized University/Institute.
- Desirable: Two years of post-qualification experience as an Advocate (enrolled under the Advocates Act, 1961).
Assistant Manager (Information Technology):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in any branch.
- OR Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a postgraduate qualification (minimum two years) in Computer Science/ Computer Application/ Information Technology from a recognized University/ Institute.
Research:
- Master’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma (minimum two years) in:
  - Economics / Commerce / Business Administration / Econometrics / Quantitative Economics / Financial Economics / Mathematical Economics / Business Economics / Agricultural Economics / Industrial Economics / Business Analytics.
  - Finance / Quantitative Finance / Mathematical Finance / Quantitative Techniques / International Finance / Business Finance / International and Trade Finance / Project and Infrastructure Finance / Agri. Business Finance.

Assistant Manager (Engineering Electrical):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute.
- Desirable: Working knowledge of electronic systems (CCTV, alarm systems, EPABX, UPS), experience in maintenance of lifts, pumps, AC plants, and experience in administering construction projects with knowledge of PERT/CPM techniques.
Assistant Manager (Engineering Civil):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute.
- Desirable: Experience in property maintenance, administering construction projects with knowledge of PERT/CPM techniques, working knowledge of Computer in Structural Design (CAM/CAD/MS Project/Primavera), structural rehabilitation works, and construction/project management.
