Eligibility Criteria (Education & Experience)
Candidates must meet the specified educational qualifications and work experience for each post as follows:

Assistant Manager (Grade A) General:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a recognized University in India with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
- OR CA/CS/CWA/CFA/CMA qualification.
- OR Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) and 2 years of relevant work experience.

Manager (Grade B) General:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a recognized University in India with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
- OR Master’s Degree in any subject with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
- 5 years of relevant work experience.

Manager (Grade B) Legal:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized University in India with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
- Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India.
- 5 years of relevant work experience.

Manager (Grade B) Information Technology (IT):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer Science/ Computer Technology/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics & Communications) from a recognized University in India with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
- 5 years of relevant work experience.
