Eligibility Criteria
To apply for SSC CGL 2025, candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements:
1. Nationality
Candidates must be:
A citizen of India, or
A subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or
A person of Indian origin who has migrated from specified countries (e.g., Pakistan, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, etc.) with the intent to settle permanently in India, provided they have an eligibility certificate from the Government of India.
2. Educational Qualification
General Posts: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university by August 1, 2025.
Junior Statistical Officer (JSO): Bachelor’s degree with at least 60% in Mathematics at Class 12th or a degree with Statistics as a subject in all three years or six semesters.
Statistical Investigator Grade-II: Bachelor’s degree with Statistics as a subject.
Candidates in their final year of graduation can apply but must possess the essential qualification by August 1, 2025.
