SSC Junior Hindi Translator (JHT) Recruitment 2024: Answer Key Released

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the answer key for the Junior Hindi Translator (JHT), Junior Translator, and Senior Hindi Translator recruitment exam. Applications were accepted from August 2nd, 2024, to August 25th, 2024. Candidates with Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Hindi or English were eligible.

  • Form Correction: September 4 & 5, 2024
  • Exam Date: December 9, 2024
  • Exam City Details Released: November 30, 2024

Application Fee

  • General, OBC, EWS: Rs. 100/-
  • SC, ST, PH: No Fee

Payment can be made through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, and other online methods.

Age Limit (As of August 1, 2024)

  • Minimum: 18 Years
  • Maximum: 30 Years
  • Age Relaxation: As per rules

A Junior Translator in CS Master’s Degree in Hindi or English with Hindi/English as a compulsory subject OR Master’s Degree in any subject (English medium) with Hindi as a compulsory subject at the degree level. A recognized Diploma in Translation (Hindi-English/English-Hindi) or 2 years of experience is also required.
B Junior Translator in Railway Details available in the official notification.
C Junior Translator in Armed Force Details available in the official notification.
D Junior Translator/JHT in Subordinate Offices Details available in the official notification.
E Senior Hindi Translator in Various Departments Master’s Degree in Hindi or English with Hindi/English as a compulsory subject OR Master’s Degree in any subject (English medium) with Hindi as a compulsory subject at the degree level. A recognized Diploma in Translation (Hindi-English/English-Hindi) or 3 years of experience is also required.
