    • Cycling: 8 Km in 30 Minutes (Male); 3 Km in 25 Minutes (Female)
    • Walking: 1600 meters in 15 Minutes (Male); 1 Km in 20 Minutes (Female)
  • Weight (Female only): Minimum 48 Kg
