Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the UP Home Guard Recruitment 2025, it is mandatory that you meet the educational qualification and age limit.
- Educational Qualification: You have passed the Class 10 Examination from a school recognized by the CBSE, New Delhi, or UPMSP, Lucknow.
- Age Limit You must have turned at least 18 years old, and your age shouldn’t be below 30 years on July 1, 2025.
If you are above 30 years old, you can claim the age relaxation. It is 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC and ST, and an additional 10 years for PwBD. To claim the relaxation, it is mandatory that you have a valid document.
Application Fee
In order to apply for this recruitment, the application fee is mandatory. If you are a male and belong to the Unreserved or Other Backward Class, you are required to deposit the application fee of ₹100.
For all female aspirants and male individuals who belong to Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Tribes, Ex-Servicemen, and Persons with Benchmark Disability, it is required to pay the amount of only ₹50.
Selection Process
