EMRS Teacher Eligibility Criteria 2024

Education Qualification:
- TGT: A candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Education along with a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university or institute.
- PGT: A candidate needs a Master’s degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university or institute, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Education.
Age Limit:
- In case of applying for TGT positions in EMRS, the age limit is set between 18 to 35 years, and for the PGT roles, candidates should be between 18 to 40 years of age.
- There will be upper age relaxation for 3 and 5 years for Other Backward Class and Scheduled Tribes or Schedule Tribes, respectively.

The selection process for TGT and PGT positions at EMR includes a Written Exam and a Language Competency Test.
