NTA conducts the NEET UG exam once a year, where medical aspirants take the entrance exams to get admitted to top medical colleges in India. It’s a national-level entrance exam, and this year the medical aspirants will take the exam on 5th May 2024 across 568 locations in India and foreign lands.

The agency will soon release the 2024 NEET UG exam admit card or hall tickets on its official website. Last year, when the exam was on 7 May 2023, the agency released the admit cards on 4 May 2024, so we expect the NTA will release the NEET UG Admit cards in the first two days of May 2024. 

But before the release of the admit cards the agency will release the city intimation slip to let the candidates know about their exam center city to plan their travel. 

NEET UG 2024 City Intimation Slip

The  NEET UG 2024 exam city intimation slip would generally be released a week or 10 days before the exam as NEET admit cards are released three or four days before the exam, which creates a problem for candidates planning their travel to the exam center at the last minute. 

With prior knowledge of the exam city, the candidates have enough time to plan their travel and stay in the exam city. Remember, the intimation slip would only disclose the exam center city the exact details of your exam center would only be disclosed in your NEET UG admit cards. 

Last year, the agency released the NEET UG city intimation slip for the 7 May examinations on 30 May, so seeing the past trends, we expect the release of the 2024 NEET UG exam city intimation slip around the end of the fourth week of April 2024, that is 27 or 28 April 2024. 

Downloading Steps for NEET UG City Intimation Slip 

Once the NTA releases the NEET UG 2024 exam city intimation slip on the official website, you can follow the below steps to download your exam city slip:

• Go to the official website of NEET NTA at https://neet.ntaonline.in/
• Now, navigate to the city intimation slip link for the NEET UG 2024 exam on the webpage.
• When you click on the link, log in to the portal with the required credentials such as application number and DOB.
• After you enter the required details and submit them, your city intimation slip will appear on your screen. 
• Download and save the NEET UG 2024 exam city intimation slip. 

You must check the NEET UG exam intimation slip, if you find any error with the photograph or details, you must immediately contact the NTA helpdesk and report the error to the authority.  

Steps to download NEET UG 2024 Admit card

Once the NTA releases the NEET UG 2024 admit card on the official website, you can follow the below steps to download your NEET UG admit cards:

• Go to the official website of NEET NTA mentioned above.
• Find the NEET UG 2024 admit card link once the agency releases the admit card on the portal.
• Now, log in to the portal through the application number, DOB, and security pn to access the admit card. 
• Once you submit all the details, your NEET UG 2024 admit card will appear on your screen.
• Remember, to download or take a printout of the admit card as it is your ticket to enter the examination hall at your NEET UG examination center. 
• Remember to get your parent’s or guardian’s signature on the NET UG admit cards. 

You must check all the details on the admit card such as name, exam center, exam time, parent’s name, roll number, DOB, reporting time, photograph, signature, application number, etc.
