CGPSC has not yet confirmed officially that when they are likely to release the notification the CGPSC SSE 2024 on the official website at https://psc.cg.gov.in/, but there is a high speculation that it will be made public most probably in November or December 2024 and then window to apply is likely to be available for four weeks.

CGPSC SSE 2024 Eligibility Criteria 

To participate in the CGPSC State Services Examination 2024, a candidate must meet the certain eligibility criteria in terms of educational qualification and age limit is available below.

• Educational Qualification: A candidate must have pursued a Bachelor’s degree from a UGC or AICTE recognised institution or university, respectively.
• Age Limit: One age must not be below 18 and above 30 years, with an upper age relaxation 5 years for PWD, OBC, SC and ST.

CGPSC SSE 2024 Application Fee

To apply for the CGPSC SSE 2024, a candidate who is not a permanent resident of Chattisgarh will have to make payment of ₹400/- using the one provided by the payment gateway. Candidates who are native of CG don’t require to pay any amount, whether he or she belongs to any category.

CGPSC SSE 2024 Selection Process 

Selection process for CGPSC State Services Examination 2024 consists three stages, which are Prelims, Mains and Interview.

• Maximum Marks: 200 per paper (Total 400)
• Question Type: Objective 
• Marking Scheme: 1 mark per correct answer, 1/3 mark deduction per wrong answer

  • Paper II: Aptitude Test
• Medium: Bilingual (English and Hindi)

Mains:

• Mode: Offline
• Duration: 3 hours per paper
• Total Papers: 7
• Maximum Marks: 200 per paper (Total 1400)
• Question Type: Descriptive 
• Sections:
  • Paper I: Language
  • Paper II: Essay
  • Paper III: General Studies 1
  • Paper IV: General Studies 2
