NMDC Apprentice Recruitment 2024
The National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC) invites eligible and fresh graduates for walk-in interviews beginning on 1 July 2024 till 9 July 2024 to recruit apprentices in various disciplines under the 1961 Apprenticeship Act.
According to the notification, the organization will recruit apprentices for Graduate Apprentice, Technician (Diploma) apprentice, and Trade apprentice under the Apprenticeship training program. The organization plans to appoint 197 apprentices in various disciplines through the recruitment drive.

NMDC Apprentice Eligibility 2024
Candidates who meet the following eligibility requirements of the NMDC can participate in the interview for the recruitment of Apprentices posts:
Age Limit:
- The applicant’s age should be over 16 or 16 on 14 June 2024.
Educational Qualification:
- Trade Apprentice:
- The applicant should possess the ITI Trade competency certificate for the relevant discipline from the recognized National Council for Vocational Training/ State Council for Vocational Training.
- Graduate Apprentice:
- Applicants must hold a graduation degree in Engineering/Technical from a government-recognized institution/university.
- Technician (Diploma) Apprentices:
- The applicants must hold a Diploma certificate in the discipline they are applying for from a recognized University/ Institute.
NMDC Apprentice Application Process 2024
Candidates who wish to participate in the NMDC Interview for the various apprentice posts must follow the below application process:
- Candidates must be registered for the National Apprentices portal at https://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in/ to participate in the NMDC Apprentices Walk-in Interview for Trade and Apprentices. The candidates should register as candidates on the portal and get the registration credentials printed for the recruitment.
- Candidates applying for the Graduate and Technician (Diploma) Apprentice should register as students on the National Apprentice Training Scheme (NATS) portal at https://nats.education.gov.in/
The candidates registered on the above portal concerning the apprentices they are applying for are essential to participate in the NMDC interviews.
Documents to carry NMDC Apprentice Walk-in-Interview 2024
Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria of the NMDC apprentice and are willing to participate in the recruitment drive through interview must prepare the following documents to present during the interview:
- Proof of Registration of registration on NATS/NAPS portal
- Self-attested Class 10th Certificate for DOB proof
- Bio-data form with a recent passport-size photograph
- Respective Education Qualifying certificate of discipline
