- Constable (Tailor): Two years work experience in the trade or one year certificate from Industrial Training Institute/Vocational Institute with at least one year experience, or two years diploma from Industrial Training Institute in Tailoring.
- Constable (Cobbler): Two years work experience in the trade or one year certificate from Industrial Training Institute/Vocational Institute with at least one year experience, or two years diploma from Industrial Training Institute in Cobbling.
