The Allahabad High Court invites online applications from eligible candidates for Category C and D cadre posts, such as Stenographer Grade III, Junior Assistant, Paid Apprentices, Drivers, Tubewell operator, Process Server, Sweeper-cum Farrash, and others. 

The Allahabad HC plans to fill up 3306 vacant Category C and D cadre posts. Candidates interested in this recruitment drive of Allahabad HC can apply online from 04 Oct 2024 till 24 Oct 2024. The online applications for various posts will fill up District Courts under the Uttar Pradesh Civil Court Staff Centralized Recruitment 2024-25. Candidates can apply for multiple posts by paying a separate examination fee.

Allahabad High Court Eligibility Criteria 2024

Candidates willing to apply for the Allahabad High Court recruitment drive can check their eligibility to apply below:

Age Limit

• Applicants’ age should be between 18 and 40 years on the cut-off date of 01 July 2024,
• The upper age relaxation for the reserved categories is not mentioned in the application notification. 

Educational Qualification:

For Stenographer Grade III

• Applicants must have graduated with a diploma or certificate in stenography and a CCC certificate issued by NIELIT. They must also have a word typing speed of 25/30 words in English/ Hindi. 

For  Junior Assistant and Paid Apprentices:

• Candidates must have passed the intermediate exam with a CCC certificate issued by NIELIT and have a typing speed of 25/30 WPM in Hindi/ English.

For Drivers:

• Applicants must have completed high school and have a four-wheeler driving license for a period not less than 3 years. 

For Tube Well Operator-cum-Electrician:

• Applicants must have the minimum qualification of Junior High School with a one-year certificate from the Industrial Training Institute or equivalent institute. 

For Process Server:

• Applicants must have cleared the High school examination for this post.

For Peon and Chowkidar and others post: 

• Applicants must have completed their Junior High School from a recognized Board. 

For Sweeper-cum-Farrash

• Applicants must have passed Class VI from a recognized school. 

Allahabad High Court Application Fee 2024

Allahabad High Court Selection Process 2024

The Allahabad High Court will select the candidates for various advertised posts through the following selection criteria:

• Offline Written Examination: The Court will conduct an offline written examination to assess the candidate’s professional and general knowledge. The candidates who will qualify for the written exam will move to the next stage of the selection. 
• Hindi/ English Stenography Test and Technica Driving test: Candidates who qualify for the written examination will qualify for the Hindi/ English Stenography test (if they have applied for the Stenographer post), driving test ( if they have applied for the driver post). For all other posts, the Court will reveal later about the follow-up selection process. 

Candidates shortlisted through the above selection process will be called for document verification before their appointment on the respective posts. 

Allahabad High Court Exam Date 2024

The Allahabad High Court has not revealed the exam date for the various posts in the notification. The date, time, and venue of the examination will be informed to the candidates through admit cards. The candidates can expect the exam in November/ December 2024. 

The officials have not revealed a scheme for online examination; candidates can visit the NARS exam website at https://exams.nta.ac.in/ to check the procedure and instructions.
