- SC, ST, DQ: Rs. 480/-
- II-Subject Group

- PE: No Minimum Age Limit
- PMM: 15 – 30 years
- PM (GNM, ANM): 17 – 35 years
- PM (Other Subjects): 17 – 32 years

Educational Qualifications
- PE: 10th standard pass from a recognized board.
- PMD: 10th standard pass from a recognized board with English and Science subjects.
- PM (i): 10+2 Intermediate Exam with Science (Physics, Chemistry, English, Math/Bio) for Diploma in Pharmacy course
- PM (ii): 10+2 Intermediate Exam with Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) with 40% marks for GNM Course (Female only)
- PM (iii): 10+2 Intermediate Exam with 40% marks for ANM Course (Female only) with English as a subject
