Eligibility Criteria

Salary and Job Profile

Selected candidates will initially be appointed as Temporary Employees for one year, during which they will receive a consolidated monthly stipend as per BHEL’s policy. After successful completion of the temporary period, candidates will be regularized as Artisan Grade-IV employees with a pay scale of ₹29,500 to ₹65,000, along with applicable allowances such as Dearness Allowance, HRA, medical facilities, provident fund, and gratuity.

The job profile involves working in core manufacturing, electrical, and mechanical operations across BHEL’s units, contributing to critical sectors like power, transport, and heavy engineering. Selected candidates must serve at their allocated unit for at least 20 years, with no transfer requests entertained during this period.
