The Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UKSSSC) has announced the release of admit cards for various Group C posts. This recruitment drive, aiming to fill 416 vacancies, includes positions such as Village Development Officer (VDO), Patwari, Lekhpal, Village Panchayat Development Officer (VPDO), and Personal Assistant, among others.

The application period for the UKSSSC VDO, Patwari & Other Post Recruitment 2025 ran from April 15, 2025, to May 15, 2025. Candidates who applied can now download their admit cards for the written examination scheduled for September 21, 2025.

Educational Qualification

The eligibility criteria vary by post:

  • Village Development Officer (VDO), Patwari, Lekhpal, Village Panchayat Development Officer (VPDO), Assistant Superintendent, Swagati, Sahayak Swagati: Candidates must hold a Graduate Degree in any stream from a recognized university or college.
  • Village Panchayat Development Officer (VPDO): In addition to a Graduate Degree, a minimum CCC level certificate in computer operation is required.
  • Assistant Review Officer (ARO): A Graduate Degree is necessary, along with a Diploma in Computer Science or an O Level certificate from DOACC Society. A minimum speed of 4000 key depressions per hour in Hindi computer typing is also mandatory.
  • Personal Assistant (PA): Candidates need a Graduate Degree with Computer Science as a subject. A minimum speed of 80 words per minute in Hindi shorthand and 8000 key depressions per hour in Hindi typing on a computer is required. Candidates achieving 100 wpm in English shorthand and 9000 key depressions per hour in English typing may be eligible for bilingual allowance.

  • Running:
    • Male: 7 km in 60 minutes
    • Female: 3.5 km in 35 minutes
  • Physical Standards (Male):
    • Height: 168 cm
    • Chest: 84 cm with a minimum 5 cm expansion
  • Physical Standards (Female):
    • Height: 152 cm
    • Weight: Minimum 45 Kg

  4. On the login page, enter your Application Number, Date of Birth, and the verification code.
  5. Click on the “Submit” or “Download” button.
