Educational Qualification

  • Medical Assistant Trade:

    • Candidates must have passed 10+2 / Intermediate / Equivalent Examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English from a recognized board, securing at least 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
    • Alternatively, candidates with a two-year vocational course including Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English, recognized by the board, with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English are also eligible.
  • Medical Assistant Trade (Diploma / B.Sc in Pharmacy):

    • Candidates must possess a Diploma / B.Sc in Pharmacy.
    • Must have passed Intermediate/ 10+2/ Equivalent Examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English, securing a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
    • A Diploma / B.Sc in Pharmacy with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and valid registration from the State Pharmacy Council or Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) at the time of enrolment is mandatory.

Physical Eligibility

  • Physical Fitness Test (PFT):

    • For candidates up to 21 years of age: 1.6 Km run to be completed within 7 minutes.
    • For candidates above 21 years of age and holding Diploma / B.Sc in Pharmacy: 1.6 Km run to be completed within 7 minutes 30 Seconds.
  • Height: Minimum 152.5 cms

  • Cycling: Should have a well-proportioned physique with a minimum chest expansion of 5 cms.

  • Hearing: Normal hearing is required, able to hear a forced whisper from a distance of 6 meters with each ear separately.

  • Weight: Proportionate to height and age as per IAF standards.

  • Dental: Healthy gums, a good set of teeth, and a minimum of 14 dental points.

  • Visual Standards: 6/36 in each eye, correctable to 6/9 in each eye. Maximum limit of Refractive Error should not exceed + 3.50D including Astigmatism.
