- Weight Lifting: Should be able to lift and carry 35 kg of weight for a distance of 100 meters in 02 minutes in one attempt without putting the weight down.
- Running: Should be able to run 1000 meters in 04 minutes 15 seconds in one attempt.
Female Candidates
- Weight Lifting: Should be able to lift and carry 20 kg of weight for a distance of 100 meters in 02 minutes in one attempt without putting the weight down.
- Running: Should be able to run 1000 meters in 05 minutes 40 seconds in one attempt.
