Stenographer Grade-C: Candidates must have passed the 10+2 (Intermediate) examination from a recognized board. A transcription test is part of the selection process, with a time limit of 40 minutes for English and 55 minutes for Hindi.
Stenographer Grade-D: Candidates must have passed the 10+2 (Intermediate) examination from a recognized board. The transcription test duration is 50 minutes for English and 65 minutes for Hindi.
