RBI Officer Grade-B Recruitment 2025: Educational Qualification

  • Officers in Grade ‘B’ (DR) – (General):

    • Graduation Level: Candidates must possess a graduation degree in any discipline or an equivalent technical or professional qualification. A minimum of 60% marks is required for General category applicants, and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD applicants, from a recognized University in India. The program should be of a minimum 3 years duration.
    • Post-Graduation Level: Candidates must hold a Post-Graduation degree or an equivalent technical qualification with a minimum of 55% marks (pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD applicants) in aggregate of all semesters/years from a recognized University in India. The program should be of a minimum 2 years duration.

  • Officers in Grade ‘B’ (DR) – DEPR:
    Candidates must have completed a Master’s Degree in Economics, Econometrics, Quantitative Economics, Mathematical Economics, Integrated Economics Course, or Finance. A minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD) or an equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters/years from a recognized University in India is required.

  • Officers in Grade ‘B’ (DR) – DSIM:
    Candidates must have completed a Master’s Degree in Economics, Econometrics, Quantitative Economics, Mathematical Economics, Integrated Economics Course, or Finance. A minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD) or an equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters/years from a recognized University in India is required.
