For the position with the desirable experience, even an individual with no experience can apply, but the preference will be given to those applicants who will have it. The age relaxation is applicable for 3 years for OBC-NCL and 5 years for SC ST; and additional 10 years for the PwBD, and 3 years for Ex-SM.
IAF Group C Selection Process 2025
The selection process for direct recruitment of Group C Civil posts under the IAF consists of two stages, which are Written Exam and Skill, Practical or Physical Tests, which is qualifying. Individuals who will apply will be called for the first stage, which will be followed by the second stage, depending on the applied position.
The question in the written exam will be asked from different sections for different positions, whose details:
- LDC / Hindi Typist: General Intelligence, English Language, Numerical Aptitude, General Awareness.
- MTS, House Keeping Staff (HKS), Laundryman, Mess Staff, Vulcaniser: General Intelligence & Reasoning, Numerical Aptitude, General English, General Awareness.
- Trade Posts (Cook, Painter, Carpenter, etc.): General Intelligence & Reasoning, Numerical Aptitude, General English, General Awareness, and Trade-related questions.
The final selection list will be prepared based on the performance in the Written Exam for all the positions. Individuals who will be shortlisted for the appointment will have to carry all required documents’ original copy with two xerox copies of each.
