Physical Eligibility Details
- Running:
- Male – 1.6 km in 6:30 minutes
- Female – 1.6 km in 8 minutes
- Squat Ups (Uthak Baithak):
- Male – 20 times
- Female – 15 times
- Push-ups:
- Male – 12 times
- Bent Knee Sit-ups:
- Female – 10 times
- Chest: Minimum expansion of 5 cms
Mode of Selection
Candidates will be selected through the following stages:
- Stage I – Shortlisting
- Stage II – Physical Fitness Test (PFT), Music Screening Test, and Recruitment Medical Examination
